ba&sh Expands Resale Program to the U.S.

We're proud to partner with ba&sh to launch their resale program, Second Hand, in the United States. 

The luxury French fashion brand saw great success with the launch of Second Hand in France last year, quickly driving strong supply and demand within the first two months and nearly 30% of customers being new to the brand. ba&sh anticipates its expansion into the U.S. market via a peer-to-peer model will continue to drive brand loyalty and attract new customers.

How it works

ba&sh Second Hand is designed to offer a smooth and intuitive resale listing experience. Sellers can upload their pre-loved ba&sh items directly to the ba&sh resale site within a matter of minutes. Once an item is sold, the seller has the option to either redeem 70% of the cash value of their earnings or receive full value in the form of ba&sh credit. Funds are released once the buyer receives the item and surveys its condition. 

In addition to Second Hand’s peer-to-peer program, ba&sh will be piloting a white-glove service for its VIP retail clients. Through this initiative, select clients will be able to drop off pre-loved ba&sh pieces to their local boutiques, where the ba&sh team will then handle the uploading and re-selling process on the client’s behalf. The pilot program is set to launch next month in select cities, starting with ba&sh’s flagship boutiques in New York City.
